Account & Profile
Manage your account settings, profile, and preferences
Creating an account
Sign up with your email address. You'll need to verify your email and confirm you're 18 or older to participate.
Updating your profile
Go to Dashboard > Settings to update your display name, email, and notification preferences.
Changing your password
Visit Settings > Security to change your password. You'll need to enter your current password first.
Deleting your account
Contact our support team to request account deletion. Active subscriptions must be cancelled first.

Choosing a membership tier
We offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Higher tiers get more monthly picks. View our pricing page for details.
Upgrading your membership
Go to Dashboard > Subscription to upgrade. You'll be charged the prorated difference immediately.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel anytime from Dashboard > Subscription. You'll retain access until your billing period ends.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically. Update your payment method in Settings to avoid service interruption.
Picks & Predictions
How to make picks and manage your predictions
Making a pick
Go to Dashboard > Make Picks. Search for a celebrity, click their profile, and confirm your selection.
Changing a pick
You can change picks anytime before the monthly lock-in date. Go to your picks list and click "Change" on any active pick.
Pick lock-in dates
Picks lock in on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM UTC. Locked picks cannot be changed.
Viewing pick history
See all your past and current picks in Dashboard > My Picks, organized by month.

Stay informed about important updates
Email notifications
We send emails for wins, pick reminders, and important account updates. Manage preferences in Settings.
Push notifications
Enable browser notifications to get instant alerts when a celebrity on your list passes away.
Unsubscribing
Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email, or manage all preferences in Settings > Notifications.
Security & Privacy
Keeping your account safe and secure
Two-factor authentication
Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA in Settings > Security. We support authenticator apps.
Data privacy
We never sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your information.
Suspicious activity
If you notice unauthorized activity, change your password immediately and contact support.
Account recovery
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email.

Understanding payouts and winning
How the jackpot works
The jackpot grows monthly from membership fees. When a picked celebrity passes, all members who selected them share 90% of the pot.
Claiming winnings
Winners are notified by email. Complete identity verification if required, then receive payment within 7-14 business days.
Payout methods
Winnings are paid via bank transfer or PayPal. Add your payment details in Settings > Payout Preferences.
Tax implications
Winnings may be taxable in your jurisdiction. We provide documentation; consult a tax professional for advice.
